| 摘 要： | 通过对韶钢焦化厂煤粉碎装置在起动和传动中存在的问题及引起的设备故障原因,在粉碎机中采用热变电阻器和液力偶合器结合的方法,实现了电机降压软起动、液力柔性传动,有效地减小了电机的起动电流和工作电流,并防止了电机过载.

| Abstract: | By analyzing the existing problems associated with the starting-up and transmission of coal crusher at the Coke Plant of SISG Co. , a thermal resistor and a hydraulic coupler were added to the system, so as to realize a step - down soft starting-up and flexible hydraulic transmission. As a result, the starting-up current and running current were both appreciably lowered, and motor's overload prevented. |
