创新城市水利工程设计理念 打造人水和谐精品典范

随着城市现代化建设的飞速发展,对城市水利工程的设计要求也不断更新。现代城市水利设计应根据工程所处的地理环境、城市规划要求,因地制宜,注重城市生态环境、城市综合功能的开发、与城市环境相协调、体现城市文化内涵、节约资源、以人为本以及管理现代化,营造人与自然和谐相处的环境。近年,上海勘测设计研究院设计的多个城市水利精品工程均融入了创新设计的理念,高度体现了人水和谐。

Excellent works with innovative design and apotheosis of man-water harmony

Along with the rapid growth in the construction of urban modernization,the demand for the design of water conservancy works in urban area has been increasingly upgraded.Subsequently the design to be conducted for modern cities is required to be in conformity with the geographical environment and the planning for city.Therefore it is further required to lay emphasis on ecological system,exploitation of comprehensive functions,sound coordination with environment to show cultural connotation,resources-saving,human-orientation and advanced management of a city.All those efforts are made to eventually create an environment in which human beings are well harmonious with nature.In recent years,a number of water conservancy works with excellent design by the survey and design institute of Shanghai are all dominated with the philosophy of innovation and efficiently reflect the man-water harmony.
