掺铈TiO_2纳米纤维的制备与表征(英文)

摘    要:稀土元素具有f电子,易产生多电子组态,其氧化物也具有多晶型、强吸附选择性、热稳定性好等特性。许多实验的结果已经报道了掺杂的Ti O2具有不同于纯Ti O2的性质,研究铈掺杂对Ti O2微结构的影响对于改善Ti O2的性能有重要意义。通过溶胶-凝胶和静电纺丝的方法制备了掺铈Ti O2纳米纤维。利用原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDX)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等手段对其进行了表征,结果表明:所得产物为锐钛矿和金红石混合晶型的掺铈Ti O2纳米线,平均长度约为10μm,平均直径约为150nm,铈的含量约为1 .85 %(重量百分比)。

Abstract:Rare earth element has an f electron, easy to form kinds of compounds, its oxide also has some kinds of crystalline, good thermal stability, and strong choice of adsorption. The results of many experiments have already reported that the properties of the impure TiO_2 have differ from a pure TiO_2, therefore, studying the influence of doped with cerium to the microstructural of the TiO_2 has important meaning to the improving its function.The TiO_2 nanofibers doped with cerium were prepared by sol-gel method...
