纤维缠绕机自动更换芯模机构的设计

摘    要:分析了纤维缠绕机在缠绕过程中将芯模从输送架送至缠绕机的运动过程。设计了一套自动装卸芯模的机构,以解决更换芯模劳动强度大,效率低的问题。论述了自动装卸芯模机构的总体结构、搬运部分和传输部分的设计,为建立自动装卸芯模机构的模型并进行速度控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the movement of core model from conveyer to filament winding machine during winding process and designs a new automatic loading/unloading core model mechanism for decreasing labor intensity and improving efficiency.It also expounds the overall structure of the automatic loading/unloading core model mechanism,as well as structures of handling and conveying parts.It is a guide to modeling of the automatic loading/unloading core model mechanism and the speed control.
