预拉伸电活性绝缘弹性薄膜的机电驱动特性实验及分析

摘    要:电活性聚合物是一类接近动物皮肤的驱动材料,在微小型机电系统、仿生机器人、柔性装置、功能结构等方面具有很大的应用潜力。绝缘弹性薄膜是其中的一类,驱动特性为大应变、低应力、快响应和高效率。文中从绝缘弹性薄膜HN1110的单向拉伸实验获取的实验数据,回归出材料特性参数;然后在平面双向预拉伸后进行高压驱动试验,获得基本的机电驱动特性数据;最后利用Mooney-Rivlin,Yeoh和Ogden三种模型研究其机电响应特性,依据试验结果对三种模型在变形范围、预拉伸量和模型特性等方面进行了分析和评价。

Abstract:Electroactive Polymers are among the most attractive mussel-like actuation materials and have promising application potential for mini-and micro biomimetic robots and other flexible devices and smart structures.Dielectric Elastomer is one of Electroactive Polymers with large strain and fast response and high driving voltage.This paper studied the basic mechanical and electro-mechanical properties of Dielectric Elastomer HN1110 for possible application as actuator and sensors.Mechanical experiments were performed and test data were presented with discussion of material properties.Then planary actuation experiments were presented and discussed.Mooney-Rivlin,Yeoh and Ogden strain energy forms were studied for possible electromechanical actuation modeling.
