姜黄素-铈配合物的合成及其抗氧化性研究

摘    要:合成姜黄素-铈二元配合物,并采用紫外-可见分光光度法考察其光谱性质及其抗氧化活性。结果发现,姜黄素-铈配合物的最大吸收波长比姜黄素红移40 nm左右,其抗氧化活性随浓度的增加而增强。说明通过合成姜黄素-铈二元配合物可改善姜黄素的抗氧化活性。

Abstract:The curcumin-cerium coordination was synthesized and its related characteristics were studied by UV-visible spectrophotometry.At the same time,its antioxidation was investigated.The results showed that the curcumin-cerium coordination had specific wavelength of maximum absorption.The antioxidation of the curcumin-cerium coordination was increased with increasing its concentration.The wavelength of the coordination was redshifted 40 nm than the one of curcumin.Therefore it was improved in the antioxidation b...
