| 摘 要： | 海外EPC项目投标是一项复杂的系统工程,需要工程设计、采购、施工各方面的专业管理人员和技术人员的密切配合完成。从海外EPC项目投标的土建成本测算工作层面着眼,对海外EPC项目投标报价特点及投标报价中土建成本测算的特殊性进行了论述,总结了土建成本测算方法。
