管道悬索跨越施工方案的改进

摘    要:悬索跨越施工是油气长输管道施工的重点,不仅施工周期长,而且因有高空作业,安全风险很大。长庆油田姬惠输油管道苏堡子悬索跨越工程,处于黄土冲沟地带,地形起伏较大,安全问题成为施工中的重中之重。针对该工程的难点,探索研究了一种完全避免高空作业的悬索跨越施工方法,并在实践中得到应用。文章介绍了索跨主索、吊索等相关尺寸的精确计算方法,对原有方案和改进后的方案进行了对比,对改进后方案的施工程序进行了详细的阐述。实践证明,该施工方法不但极大地降低了施工安全风险,保证了施工质量,而且缩短了工期,显著节约了施工成本。
