液化气体罐车“过度设计”的隐患

摘    要:目前在液化石油气运输中,普遍存在以设计压力较高的罐车充装饱和蒸汽压较低的介质,即所谓"过度设计"的现象,这并不意味着安全,因为在液化气体罐车现有的安全规程中,安全阀的整定压力仅与罐体的设计压力挂钩,而与介质物性无直接关联,整定压力过高会导致罐开启时排放液相,失去预期的作用。针对这种情况,文章分析了液化气体罐车安全阀的作用原理,指出现行《液化气体铁路罐车安全管理规程》对安全阀参数的规定和液位计作用存在的一些不严格之处,有可能造成安全隐患,建议在修订时充分吸收国外先进标准的优点,防患于未然。

Abstract:At present,utilizing tank cars of higher design pressures to storage media with saturated steam pressures is a general approach.Such a so-called excessive design phenomenon does not mean safety.The reason is that in existing safety regulations of liquefied natural gas tank cars,the set-pressure of relief valve depends on the design pressure of tank only and does not relate to medium directly,and the excessive set-pressure will cause liquid-phase emission as opening a tank and lead to an undesirable effect.T...
