BF_3催化1-癸稀聚α-烯烃合成润滑油研究

摘    要:以1-癸稀为主要原料,BF3为主催化剂,采用齐聚反应获得聚α-烯烃合成润滑油(PAO),为了获得较高含量的三聚物、四聚物的齐聚产品,研究了反应温度、反应时间以及助催化剂对PAO产品分布的影响,结果表明,最佳的反应条件为:反应温度为25℃,反应时间为4 h,助催化剂选择正丁醇。以此条件获得的产品基本符合美国石油学会(API)聚α-烯烃合成润滑油指标要求。

Abstract:Taking 1-decene as raw material,boron trifluoride as major catalyst through oligomerization,the poly-alpha-olefin(PAO)was prepared.In order to obtain higher content trimer and tetramer,the influences of different reaction temperature,reaction time,cocatalyst on the distribution of PAO were investigated.The results show that the optimal reaction conditions are as follows:temperature 25 ℃,time 4 h,cocatalyst is n-butanol.Under these conditions the product can meet the need of API PAO.
