| 摘 要： | 以多层住宅建筑体型系数与建筑节能的关系为基础建立分析模型,通过TH-BECS2008软件对不同体型的模型对节能效果的影响进行综合分析,得出多层住宅体型对建筑节能效果影响的相关结论,为建筑节能设计提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The paper defines the analyze model on the basis of the relation between the somato-type coefficient of multi-layer building and building power efficiency,through the TH-BECS2008 soft,the synthetically analysis is finished about effects of the different type models for the results of power efficiency,the relative results are subjected that effects about the somato-type of multi-layer building for results of power efficiency building,it can become the theory basis of power efficiency building design. |
