| 摘 要： | 针对现有的液压往复泵在换向时存在冲击问题和排量及压力的波动问题 ,提出了一种全新思路的三缸单作用液压往复泵 ,该泵采用匀速转动的转阀取代传统的液压换向阀 ;采用 2台独立的液压油泵分别用于吸入和排出冲程 ,即一台给液压缸没有活塞杆的一端供油 ,另一台给液压缸有活塞杆的一端供油。新型液压往复泵可以有效降低系统的冲击 ,完全可以实现恒排量。最后指出该泵设计时应注意的问题 ,包括应使用变量液压油泵 ,泵液压采用立式结构 ,使用HSG系列工程液压缸 ,采用外啮合齿轮传动以及采用变频调速控制等。

| Abstract: | The existing hydraulic reciprocating pump has the problems of impact of hydraulic system and fluctuation of pump displacement and pressure. Therefore a novel hydraulic triplex pump is schemed. This new pump adopts a uniformly-moving roatry valve to replace the traditional hydraulic reversing valve, and uses 2 separate hydraulic oil pumps for suction and discharge strokes respectively. It can reduce effectively the impact of the hydraulic system and is able to run with constant displacement. The points for attention in the design of the pump are indicated. |
