摘    要:以聚酰胺树脂、E51、E31环氧树脂为主要原料,以水为发泡剂,用微波方法制备了环氧泡沫材料,测定了环氧泡沫材料的密度和压缩性能,并对泡沫材料进行了FTIR、TGA、SEM、DMA分析.结果表明,用微波固化制备环氧泡沫材料具有高效率的特点,所制备的环氧泡沫具有优良的压缩力学性能;环氧组成对泡沫密度、泡沫结构、动态力学性能和热分解行为有较大影响.

Abstract:In this paper, epoxy foams comprised of epoxy resin E31 and E51, polyamide resin and water are prepared by microwave irradiation method. The structure and properties of epoxy foams are analyzed by FTIR, TGA, SEM and DMA methods. The density and compressive performance of epoxy foams are also determined. The results indicate that the epoxy foams have excellent compressive performance and the preparation of epoxy foam by microwave irradiation is high efficient and convenient. The composition has great effect on density, foam structure, dynamical mechanic performance and thermal degradation hehaviour of epoxy foams.
