摘    要:由于一般的液晶显示器件都使用了偏振片,对其参数的测试类似于偏光元件的测试,系统的偏光响应会影响某些参数的准确评价,通过分析液晶器件参数测试系统LCT5016,我们发现光谱仪的偏振依赖性敏感度和部分偏振的光源严重影响了某些测试结果,探讨了一系列的消除偏光响应的方法,包括测试过程和光学系统的设计,我们设计的补偿器能够在整个可见光谱范围内有效地消除偏光成分,这些方法可用于消除一般光学测试系统中的偏光响应。

Abstract:In most devices for evaluating LCD parameters, the response to polarization impedes correct evaluation of some parameters when a polarizer is applied. Analyzing the LCT5016 measurement system, it was found that results were seriously affected by the polarization-dependent sensitivity of the spectrometer and by a partial polarized light source. A series of effective methods to eliminate the partial polarization is proposed in this paper, involving both the measuring technique and the design of the optical system. The compensator that we designed can compensate for the polarization of the source light over the entire visible wavelength range. The result has general implications for overcoming similar problems of polarization responses.
