| 摘 要： | 在同一反应体系中以硫代硫酸钠和烯丙基氯为原料,分别以聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为相转移催化剂(PTC),合成大蒜油中的两种主要成分二烯丙基三硫(DATS)和二烯丙基二硫(DADS).探讨了相转移催化剂种类、pH、物料比对反应产物的影响.

| Abstract: | Two main components of synthetic garlicin oil,diallyl trisulfide(DATS)and diallyl disulfide(DADS),were synthesized in the same reaction system from sodium thiosulfate and allyl chloride using polyethylene glycol-400(PEG-400)and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB),respectively,as the phase transfer catalysts.The effect of catalyst species,pH value and material ratio on the product yield were also discussed. |
