变电站10 kV动态无功补偿方案设计

摘    要:根据唐山地区冲击性负荷对电网造成的电压波动、电压闪变及谐波等电能质量问题,提出了在变电站安装10 kV动态无功补偿装置来解决电能质量问题的方案。该方案采用FC TCR型SVC(Static Var Compensator)作为变电站动态无功补偿装置,以快速补偿无功,抑制电压波动和闪变,同时起到滤除谐波的作用。详细介绍了方案的设计过程和设计参数,并结合现场实际工程中出现的问题,提出了一些解决措施。

Abstract:Considering the problems of voltage fluctuation and flicker and harmonics in power grid brought by impulse load in Tangshan area,10 kV dynamic var compensation is used in substation to solve power quality problem.This scheme uses FC TCR static var compensator as dynamic var compensator in order to achieve rapid var compensation,suppress voltage fluctuation and flicker,and remove harmonics.The design progress and data is introduced,and solutions are put forward in consideration with certain project and problems.
