锰硅合金低渣比冶炼的设备与工艺研究

摘    要:从矿热炉极区功率密度、配矿原则和炉前操作制度三方面论述了锰硅合金低渣比冶炼工艺的技术要点。依据“高有功功率”矿热炉的设计思想,对6.3MVA锰硅电炉进行了技术改造。改造后的5.6MVA矿热炉冶炼Mn65Si17产品的生产技术经济指标为:入炉锰矿综合品位Mn为32%~33%,Al2O3含量小于13%的原料条件,Mn、Si回收率分别达到85%~88%和54%~57%,渣、铁比可控制在0.85左右,平均矿耗低于2.3t/t,冶炼电耗平均不超过4200kWh/t,日产量可达到31t以上。

Abstract:The key of technical condition including the power density of electric furnace polar region, the principle of burden charging and the operation specifications in manganese - silicon ferroalloy production with low slag - metal ratio was discussed. As a new idea, the design theory of high - power submerged arc furnace was successfully applied to technical reform of 6. 3MVA manganese - silicon ferroalloy melting furnace. Under the same conditions of raw stuff (Mn%=32-33, Al2O3% <13), The technological economy condition of production process was as follows: the reclamations ratio of Mn and Si elements were 85-88% and 54-57% respectively, slag - metal ratio was less than 0. 85, ore consume and melting electric consume of per - ton alloy were less than 2. 3t/t and 4200kwh/t respectively and the per diem yield also reached 31t.
