摘    要:研究了矿用圆环链钢23MnNiCrMo54在单轴拉-拉交变应力作用下的安定状态.结果表明,对于只允许发生弹性变形的工件,经过特定的循环加载处理使其达到稳定的弹性安定状态,工件在一定工况下可以在超出其原弹性极限的情况下使用.对于只允许发生微量塑性变形的工件,对该工件施以适当的循环载荷,使工件达到稳定的塑性安定状态,工件在一定工况下可以在超出其原屈服极限的情况下使用.并用位错理论对其安定机理做了初步分析.

Abstract:The shakedown mechanism of round-link chain steel 23MnNiCrMo54 was studied under uniaxial tension-tension cyclic loading. For workpieces that elastic deformation is only allowable, they can be used beyond elastic limit under stable elastic shakedown state after certain tension in advance; while for those that tiny plastic deformation is only allowable, they can be used beyond yield limit under stable plastic shakedown state after certain tension in advance. The mechanism of shakedown was discussed by using dislocation theory.
