摘    要:针对整体螺栓滚轮滚针轴承滚子边缘应力集中现象,运用非理想赫兹接触理论,建立滚子与滚道非理想赫兹接触模型。研究全圆弧母线修形、相交圆弧母线修形、相切圆弧母线修形和对数母线修形方式对滚子与滚道之间接触变形和应力分布的影响规律。结果表明:在相同载荷下,相切圆弧母线修形的滚子接触变形最小;相交圆弧母线修形和相切圆弧母线修形滚子存在接触应力集中现象;全圆弧母线修形和对数母线修形的接触应力分布均匀,对数母线修形滚子的接触应力最小。对数母线修形是4种方法中适合用于滚轮滚针轴承滚子素线的修形方式。

Abstract:To overcome the stress concentration phenomenon of the roller of the track needle roller bearing,a non-ideal Hertzian contact model between the roller and the raceway was presented by using the non-ideal Hertzian contact theory.The effects of the fully crowned profile,partially crowned profile with one curvature center,partially crowned profile with two curvature centers,and logarithmic profile on the stress distribution between roller and raceway were studied.The results show that the contact deformation of partially crowned profile with two curvature centers is smallest in the same radial load;there is the stress concentration phenomenon in the partially crowned profile with one curvature center case and partially crowned profile with two curvature centers case;the stress distributions of fully crowned profile and logarithmic profile case are even,the stress distribution of logarithmic profile case is smaller.Logarithmic profile is the most suitable modification method for the roller of the track needle roller bearing among the four methods.
