电-气综合能源系统多故障两阶段恢复策略

摘    要:考虑电-气综合能源系统中电力系统和天然气系统的耦合运行情况,并运用储电、储气、P2G等设备,提出了两阶段的恢复策略和恢复模型。在应急恢复阶段以恢复过程中电-气综合能源系统的经济损失最小为目标,优先恢复负荷能源供应及一部分故障设备,在综合恢复阶段恢复剩余的故障设备。构建了一个考虑多种设备的两阶段故障恢复混合整数模型,并运用分段线性化的方法进行处理。得出故障恢复过程中的最优拓扑恢复序列,并给出最优恢复方案,最终使系统在恢复进程中综合经济损失最小并使恢复效率达到最大。最后通过仿真验证了所提策略的有效性。

Abstract:Considering the coupling operation of power and natural gas systems in a power gas integrated energy system, this paper proposes a two-stage recovery strategy and recovery model using power storage, gas storage, P2G and other equipment. In the emergency recovery stage, to minimize the economic loss of the power gas integrated energy system in the recovery process, priority should be given to the restoration of load energy supply and part of the fault equipment, and the remaining fault equipment should be restored in the comprehensive recovery stage. A mixed integer model of two-stage fault recovery considering multiple devices is constructed, and the piecewise linearization method is used to deal with it. The optimal topology recovery sequence in the process of fault recovery is obtained, and the optimal recovery scheme is given. Finally, the comprehensive economic loss of the system in the recovery process is minimized and the recovery efficiency is maximized. Finally, the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy. This work is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 61873225).
