摘    要:为满足四象限液压泵的测试需求,提高四象限液压泵的研发和测试效率,开发一种综合性能试验台。该试验台由补油回路和测试回路两大部分组成,以变频器和PLC作为下位机进行数据采集与控制,并由工控机作为上位机进行人机交互,实现转速调节及各开关量监控。工控机和PLC通过以太网通信实现现场数据的实时采集和显示,并可以进行数据的保存、性能曲线的绘制和报表的输出。该测试试验台系统操作方便,试验精度高,已用于支撑四象限泵的研发。

Abstract:In order to meet the test requirements of the four-quadrant hydraulic pump and improve the research and development and test efficiency of the four-quadrant hydraulic pump,a comprehensive performance test bench was designed.The test bed was composed of two parts such as oil filling circuit and test circuit,frequency converter and PLC were used as the lower computer for data acquisition and control,and the industrial control computer was used as the upper computer for man-machine interaction to realize speed adjustment and monitoring of each switch.Real-time acquisition and display of field data were realized by the Ethernet communication between industrial control computer and PLC,and saving data,drawing performance curve and outputting report form could be realized.The test bench system is easy to operate and has high test precision,and it has been used to support the research and development of four-quadrant pump.
