摘    要:针对早期设计的桥式起重机数字化开发系统存在开发环境兼容性差、流通范围小、开发语言落后、设计思路具有局限性的问题,结合网络协同的设计思想,使用Visual Studio 2013中的ASP.Net.Core作为开发框架,C#作为开发语言,进行桥式起重机云平台开发,完成桥式起重机三维模型驱动与机构的尺寸排布校核;根据NSGA-II算法验证主梁的设计可行性并给出轻量化设计方案,然后快速生成工程图纸并调整;最后使用云开发的SaaS服务模式,实现多租户在网络浏览器端对桥式起重机的协同化与定制化设计。该数字化系统兼容多开发环境下的服务,为传统起重机行业从数字化向智能化发展提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the early design of the bridge crane digital development system,such as the poor compatibility of the development environment,the small circulation area,the backward development language,and the limitation of the design idea,a cloud platform for bridge crane was developed.In the digital system,ASP.Net.Core in Visual Studio 2013 was used as the development framework,C# was taken as the development language,the three-dimensional model drive and the mechanism size layout check were completed;according to NSGA-II algorithm,the design feasibility of the main beam was verified and the lightweight design scheme was given,then the engineering drawings were quickly generated and adjusted.Finally,SaaS service mode of cloud development was used to realize the collaborative and customized design of multi-tenant on the web browser.The system is compatible with multi-development environment,and provides reference for the development of traditional crane industry from digitization to intelligence.
