| 摘 要： | 在齿式摩擦芯片的冲压模设计中提出了渐开线齿形的参数化建模思想。本课题的开展,有效缩减了同类型产品的冲模设计时间,减少了模具产品设计周期。同时,参数化建模也为后续的有限元分析奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | This topic is derived from the Suzhou Bomao machining co.,Ltd.In the tooth friction chip design of stamping die,the parametric modeling idea of involute profile was proposed.With this task carried out,the die design time for the like product is effectively reduced and the mold design cycle is approved.At the same time,the parametric modeling is based for the flowing finite element analysis. |
