基于单片机的1kW多级型光伏逆变器的研究

摘    要:研究了1 kW多级型光伏逆变电源。前级使用Buck电路来实现最大功率跟踪(MPPT);中间推挽电路采用SG3525来控制。针对传统的单电压控制的逆变电源在非线性负载时,输出波形畸变严重、谐波含量大的缺点,提出逆变部分电容电压、电容电流双闭环控制策略,利用单片机实现了数字PI控制。试验验证了多级型光伏逆变器的实用性。
