我国电力系统的地震灾害及应对机制

摘    要:分析了5·12汶川地震中电网的震害特点和震害原因,阐述了我国电力系统抗震研究的现状,以及各类电力设施在自身结构特点和抗震设计方法中存在的缺陷.结合国外电力系统在应对地震灾害时的应急响应和震后快速恢复方法,提出了对我国现有电力设施进行抗震性能普查、薄弱环节进行抗震加固和重建改造,以及建立相应的应急响应机制的一系列措施.

Abstract:The malfunction of the anti-seismic design in electric power grid and its damages to electric power grid under 5·12 Wenchuan Earthquake are reviewed and the disaster causes are analyzed.Then,some drawbacks of the current electric power equipment and its anti-seismic design methods are summarized.Several new measures and suggestions to strengthen such drawbacks are put forward.Finally,such measures as the anti-seismic capacity general survey for current electric power equipment,seismic reinforcement for weak link and building a emergency response for electric power system,are proposed.
