基于微控制器的混合延时继电器可编程延时方法研究

摘    要:介绍了可编程混合延时继电器工作原理,提出了基于微控制器的可编程延时方法.研究了电源脉宽调制编程指令识别方法、延时参数精确设定方法、延时参数安全性固化方法和可靠性设计,解决了可编程混合延时继电器的高精度延时、可靠编程和使用安全性问题,实现了延时继电器的延时参数现场可编程调整.对可编程混合延时继电器进行了可编程试验及电磁兼容性能试验,结果表明,该可编程延时方法具有现场编程可靠、延时精度高、延时范围宽、使用安全等优点.
