摘    要:针对已有计算方法的缺点,提出了一种对交流接触器的动特性进行仿真的方法。该方法结合三维有限元分析和磁路法两种方法求解电磁参数,并耦合了电路、电磁场和可动部分摩擦的影响。大气隙时其应用三维有限元非线性分析;小气隙时考虑分磁环的作用,采用磁路法进行计算。通过引入漏磁阻参数对两种方法的转换处进行处理,解决了原有方法计算参量有突变的缺点。结合虚拟样机技术,研究了交流接触器闭合的动态过程。试验表明,提出的方法是有效的。

Abstract:According to the disadvantage of the existing methods,an improved approach to calculate the dynamic behavior of AC contactors was presented.By introducing the leakage resistance,it combines two methods that FEM for large air gap and magnetic circuit for small gap,and settles the discontinuity on the transfer point of the two methods.With this method and combining the virtual prototyping technology,the dynamic characteristics of an AC contactor was studied.The experiments prove that the method is correct and...
