串联双线圈直流接触器电磁机构动态特性仿真与试验研究

摘    要:针对串联双线圈直流接触器,采用试验和仿真的方法对其电磁系统的动、静态特性进行了计算与分析。运用ANSYS软件的参数化设计语言,对接触器的电磁系统进行了三维有限元模型分析,对动铁心的静态吸力、两线圈的自感和互感进行了计算。在静态磁场计算的基础上,运用耦合电压平衡和达朗贝尔机械运动微分方程对动铁心的动态特性进行了仿真。在仿真中将其动态过程分成4个阶段,每个阶段对应不同的电压平衡方程。将得到的方程组导入到Matlab软件中S函数模板进行动态特性曲线仿真,结果与试验结果相吻合。
