摘    要:本文对结垢较严重的大港枣大站油田污水的防垢处理进行了室内研究,结合腐蚀试验和极化曲线测量,选定使用防垢剂HEDP,用量5mg/l,现场试验效果良好。

Abstract:The oilfield produced water at Zaoda water-treating station in Dagang Oil Fieds is of CaCl_2 type, highly mineralized(20000mg/l) and contains dissolved CO_2 and scaling in pipelines has been a troublesome problem at the station. A phosphonic acid, HEDP, is selected out for scale inhibition of the produced water through laboratory scaling and corrosion tests and polarization curve constrution. In the field test at Zaoda station HEDP in use level of 5mg/l introduced continuously led to decreasing Ca~(2+) loss in pipelines from several hundreds to no more than 10ppm, that is, from some 20% to less than 0.45%.
