摘    要:磨机是磨矿过程的核心设备,提高磨机工况监测水平对磨矿过程的优化控制具有重要意义。本文介绍了一种磨机工况监测系统的硬件装置。该装置可以实现对磨机筒壁振动信号的高速高精度采集,并具有空间定位和无线通讯功能,经实验验证符合生产现场的实际需求且运行稳定可靠。

Abstract:The mill is the major equipment in the mill grinding process.Improving the effectiveness of real time mill load monitoring is of great significance for the optimal control on the mill grinding process.This paper proposed an on-line mill load monitoring system.The functions of the system include: vibration signal measurement using accelerometers mounted directly on the mill shell,system positioning and wireless signal transmission.Based on several experiments in the real industry environment,the results verified that the system meets the actual needs of the production site and operates reliably.
