| 摘 要： | 研制出一台高精度的配电及综合测控装置，实现对电网的质量监测与无功补偿。为提高电参量数据的测量精度，本文采用肿算法，数据处理部分采取了同步交流采样、噪声去除、数据滤波处理、自校准、抗干扰等综合方法来提高测量精度。实际装置运行表明，电参量检测精度大大高于现有装置。

| Abstract: | In this paper develops a high distribution and synthetic measurement and control equipment to realize the monitoring of the electrical quality and the reactive compensation in the electrical network. To improve the measurement precision of electrical parameters, it uses arithmetic FFT, and the data precise management adopts AC sampling synchronization, data filter, noise suppressor, self adjuster, EMC and so on. The equipment running results show the test precision of the electrical parameters is higher than the equipment used now. |
