电磁搅拌对高硬度高耐磨堆焊金属性能的影响

摘    要:通过试验证实了在用药芯焊丝堆焊高硬度高耐磨堆焊金属时,电磁搅拌不仅能够提高焊缝金属的硬度和磨性,而且更重要的是能够细化焊缝金属组织的晶粒,从而提高焊缝金属的综合力学性能。

Abstract:When high hardness and wear resistant alloys through the flux-cored wire overlayed,it is approved that electromagnetic stirring not only improved the hardness and wear resistant of the surfacing metal but the more important thing is that it refined the structure and improved the comprehensive mechanics performance of surfacing metal.
