摘    要:ZG70Cr3NiMo耐磨铸钢空冷淬火即可获得较高的表面硬度,但冲击韧度不足,即使淬火后采用较高的回火温度仍不能确保良好的耐冲击性能。热处理工艺试验结果表明,采用950℃缓冷淬火、450℃回火缓冷的热处理工艺,可得到较均匀的硬度(约50HRC),其马氏体组织也较为细小、均匀,从而满足球磨机衬板的使用要求。

Abstract:ZG70Cr3NiMo wear-resistant cast steel part will provide higher surface hardness but insufficient impact toughness after air-quenching. Fine impact property of ZGTOCr3NiMo steel can't be obtainded even after high temperature tempering. The heat treatment process test reveals that relatively uniform hardness (about 50 HRC) and fine-uniform martensite can be obtained by means of quenching from 950 ℃ with a slow cooling rate and subse- quently tempering at 450 ℃ and slow clloing for ZG70Cr3NiMo steel, thus meeting the needs of ball mill liner in service.
