摘    要:在使用微波下变频器GSD2D3D的过程中,发现其本振电路易受环境温度影响,并且本振电路的中心频率随着环境温度的变化发生偏移.为了解决这个问题,采用AD590、AD581构成恒温槽,使GSD2D3D内部温度保持恒定,以减小由GSD2D3D的外部环境温度变化所带来的频率偏移.通过实验表明,该方法有效的解决了因环境温度变化而导致本振电路中心频率偏移的问题,对微波下变频器的设计或技术改进有重要价值.

Abstract:In the process of using the microwave frequency down-converter,the local oscillation circuit is easily affected by undulate temperature,so center frequency of local oscillation circuit will depart with the undulate temperature.In order to solve this problem,the temperature control circuit which is designed with the devices AD581 and AD590 keeps the temperature constant on inside of microwave frequency down-converter GSD2D3D.Experiment shows that method can solve the problem effectively and it has important ...
