摘    要:针对中厚板辊式淬火机喷水系统的非线性、时变性和大滞后等缺点,引入模糊控制的结构和理论基础,计算水量偏差和偏差变化率模糊子集的隶属度值,制定模糊控制规则,并结合实际调试过程中总结出的模糊策略,即采用分段PID控制方法和"软过渡"控制方法相结合的控制方法,建立了Fuzzy-PID喷水控制系统。应用结果表明,该控制系统水量超调量小、稳定性好、调节迅速、可移植性好,满足了实际生产的需要。

Abstract:According to the disadvantages of water spraying control system of medium plate roller quenching machine, such as nonlinearity, time-varying and long time delays, a Fuzzy PID water spraying control system was developed via introducing the structure and theoretical basis of fuzzy control in combining with some fuzzy control strategies generalized from actual debugging process, i. e. , combining the sectional PID control with "flexible transition" control. Among them, fuzzy sunsets memberships values of water deviation and water de viation variation rate was calculated and fuzzy control rules was made. Application results show that the control system which is effective with low water overshoot, steady controllability, rapid regulation and good portability can meet the requirement of actual production.
