| Abstract: | It becomes the hottest topic among the electric power industry as well as the whole society to keep the safety of the power grids for those central metropolises and absolutely prevent them from suffering blackouts. The blackouts happened in Moscow are studied in detail, and the Shanghai Power Grid is briefly introduced, as well as its safety situation. Based on further analysis of the safety weakness in Shanghai Power Grid, the keystone methods for ensuring the Grid safety are illustrated. Some practical measurements and suggestions on safety of the Grid are put forward. |
