摘    要:介绍一种基于AT89C51单片机的步进电机伺服系统.系统以微机作上位控制、单片机作下位控制,有计算机软件替代了由缓冲寄存器、环形分配器、控制逻辑及正反转控制门组成的步进电机控制器,方便地实现了对步进电机转向、转速及转角的有效控制.并在研究可视化仿真的基本原理和实现方法的基础上,重点阐述了在3DSMAX下建立步进电机的三维实体模型,在Visual Basic下将建立的实体模型与步进电机控制参数结合起来,实现步进电机运转过程可视化仿真的方法.实践表明:系统可靠性、灵活性高、实用性强.

Abstract:A servo system of stepping motor-base on AT89C51 chip microcomputerwas introduced. The system used computer for epipetalous control and chip microcomputer for hypogynous control. It used computer software to replace the traditional stepping motor controller, which consist of buffering memorizer, annular allotter, control logic, and control gate of clockwise or counter clockwise. It can easily control stepping motor's tuming direction, speed, and Corner. In addition, by researching the basic theory and realizing method of visual simulation, this paper gave emphasis to the method of upbuilding triaxial entity model of stepping motor on 3DS MAX, then connecting the entity model with the stepping motor control parameters on Visual Basic, and realizing the visual simulation of the stepping motor's working process. The practical application show this system has high dependability and flexibility, better practicability.
