湖北某磷矿全层矿双反浮选工艺研究

摘    要:对湖北某磷矿全层矿采用双反浮选工艺进行选矿实验,在原矿含P2O5 24.69%、MgO 3.173%,磨矿细度-200目85%的条件下,获得了精矿P205 32.48%、MgO 0.42%、精矿产率65.28%、回收率85.88%、排镁率91.36%的工艺指标.

Abstract:Double-reverse flotation process was tested to beneficiate Hubei entire level phosphate rock.The qualified phosphate concentrate with P2O5 32.48%,MgO 0.42% was obtained via beneficiating the crude ore that contained P2O5 24.69%,MgO 3.173%.The recovery of P2O5 was 85.88%,and the removal rate of MgO reached 91.36%.
