| 摘 要： | 企业资源计划(ERP)是现代企业管理的一个标志，是一种融合了企业最佳实践和先进技术的管理思想，然而ERP在中国的实施效果却不甚理想。通过研究ERP的管理思想，探讨实施ERP的几个关键方面，从而为企业成功实施ERP提供参考。
