连续采煤机装运齿轮箱的约束模态试验分析

摘    要:为获取连续采煤机齿轮箱实际系统的模态参数,对连续采煤机装运齿轮箱进行了试验系统的搭建,并在箱体上布置了72个测点。采用polyMAX试验模态参数识别法,得到齿轮箱在动态情况下的实际状况数据。通过对齿轮箱的模态试验和理论分析,识别出齿轮箱各阶模态参数,给出齿轮箱结构变化情况以及各部分的设计弱点,为齿轮箱的动态优化设计、制造与维修提供依据。
