铁路煤柱影响区域冲击地压综合防治技术

摘    要:为了对开采铁路下煤柱的冲击危险进行有效控制,分析了唐山矿5号煤层的冲击倾向性,得出了该矿特定地质条件下冲击矿压发生机理,提出了"开采设计规避冲击、采前卸压防范冲击、回采期间预测预报及综合防治"为一体的冲击矿压动态防治技术体系。现场实施过程中,巷道布置、支护设计预先考虑防冲效果;掘进期间采用钻屑法圈定重点防治部位,继而采用煤体预注水、煤体爆破卸压等措施弱化煤体;回采期间,超前10~50 m采用钻屑法动态评估冲击危险程度,适时进行卸压爆破,通过综合防冲措施有效地降低了冲击危险性,保证了工作面安全高效回采。
