| 摘 要： | 介绍了冲压模具制造技术和折弯成形数控冲孔制造技术在重型商用车车架纵梁制造中的应用,分析了这两种制造技术的工艺、工装和设备特点,说明了前宽后窄车架纵梁的加工方案,在实际应用中对选用何种纵梁柔性化加工制造技术有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | Introduced the stamping mould manufacturing technology and bending forming CNC punching manufacturing technology in heavy commercial frame the application analysis,give manufacturing the two types of manufacturing technology of the process,equipment and characteristics of the equipment,and also that the former wide narrow frame of longitudinal after processing scheme in practical application,the choice of the longitudinal flexible processing manufacturing technology have certain reference value. |
