| 摘 要： | 为解决大同矿区厚1.2 m以下薄煤层综采开采难题,对综采工作面＂三机＂等设备进行了特殊设计与配套,优化了采煤机功率与支架工作阻力,选用了MG170/388型采煤机与ZY4000/08/16型支架,工作面刮板输送机安装了支架侧抬高千斤顶,刮板输送机头尾采用了可调支承座,支架设计了液压控制的放炮落煤挡煤装置,转载机配套使用了迈步液压自移系统,带式输送机配套使用了液压自移机尾。在姜家湾矿78119工作面进行试验,结果表明,＂三机＂设备配套合理,机械自动化程度大幅提高,工人的劳动强度大幅降低,实现了＂两硬＂（硬煤层、硬顶板）条件下1.2 m以下薄煤层的综合机械化开采,工作面月产煤3.8万t。
