基于C8051F340的航空发动机循环寿命记录系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前某型现役航空发动机无法准确计算循环寿命的突出问题,利用Silicon Labs公司的C8051F340微处理器技术设计并开发了一套实时记录航空发动机循环寿命的系统,详细介绍利用可编程计数器/定时器阵列(PCA)技术采集发动机高低压转速信号,并通过软件滤波、无效幅值去除、雨流计数等算法计算发动机循环寿命。该系统可实时记录某型发动机循环寿命,有效防止发动机寿命的损耗,为发动机的延寿奠定数据基础。系统可靠性高,效果良好。

Abstract:A system designed and developed with the Silicon Labs C8051F340 micro-processor technology for the purpose of accurate computation of the operating cycles of an in-service aircraft engine is described.The process of acquiring HP and LP RPM signals is introduced in detail.By means of the programmable counter/timer array technology and computing cycle-based life with software filtering,useless amplitude removal and rain flow counting.This system is reliable and effective in real-time recording of engine operating cycles,preventing loss of useful engine life and providing data for engine life extension.
