新型掘进机电气控制系统设计

摘    要:在对现有掘进机电气控制系统进行具体分析的基础上,提出了一种基于PLC的掘进机电控系统设计方案,以S7-200为控制核心,采用模块化结构,通过软件实现掘进机中各电机的控制与保护,重点介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件编制。相比于传统的掘进机电气控制系统,该系统保护功能齐全,控制安全可靠,能满足煤巷和半煤岩巷道掘进生产的需要。
