基于单片机的便携式智能液压支架测试仪研究

摘    要:通过对液压支架产生故障形式和原因进行统计分析,给出了在不拆卸支架情况下快速确定故障部位的检测方案。根据故障原因设计了新型的基于MPS430F427高性能单片机的便携式智能液压支架故障测试仪。应用该测试仪对已出现故障的液压支架进行了准确快速的故障定位,并精确检验故障程度,同时对运行中的液压支架进行工作状态判断,可自动给出检验结果并进行现场打印。
