基于自适应PID的切带机控制系统设计

摘    要:切带机控制系统中,位置控制是重要的环节,控制的好坏直接影响到产品质量及生产效率的高低。针对切带机电气系统的控制要求,提出了一种HMI+PLC+半闭环伺服位置控制的策略,实现了切带机的手自动运行控制。为提高控制精度,在传统的PID控制中加入DRNN神经网络算法,用于PID参数的自整定。仿真结果表明,其性能明显改善。
