摘    要:针对转子串电阻调速的机械特性较软,具有耗能大、启动不平稳、故障率高等缺点,设计了斩波式串级调速系统。为了提高静态调速精度,并获得较好的动态特性,系统采用电流负反馈与转速负反馈的双闭环控制方式,通过调节器的调节,最终获得转速无静差系统。系统调速范围宽,转速可在950~1 350 r/min连续可调。实现了阶跃输入时的实际转速对给定转速的跟踪,而且稳态时无偏差。电动机等速运行时能够平滑过渡到自然特性曲线,实现了无级平稳调速的全新功能。
