深井软岩巷道底鼓分层锚注支护技术

摘    要:为了解决桃园煤矿二水平轨道大巷底鼓变形严重的问题,在大量现场调研基础上,得出了巷道围岩应力高、底板岩性差以及底板未采取支护是导致巷道底鼓严重的因素。基于从提高底板强度和整个支护结构体稳定性角度出发,采用钢筋梯子梁配合长1.5、2.5和3.0 m的锚杆组合支护大巷底板,锚杆间距1.1 m,排距0.7 m。矿压观测结果表明:采用分层组合锚杆支护技术后,二水平轨道大巷最大底鼓量不超10 mm,锚杆平均锚固力不大于30 kN,有效解决了桃园煤矿二水平轨道大巷的底鼓问题。
