| 摘 要： | 针对综采工作面刮板输送机缺乏状态监测及故障诊断系统,以建立高产高效无人值守自动化工作面为目标,设计开发了一种基于PLC的综采工作面刮板输送机状态监测及故障诊断系统,简要介绍了系统的整体结构,着重阐述了系统的状态监测和故障诊断功能及其实现过程。实际使用结果表明：该系统运行稳定、测量精度高,能够准确地在线监测刮板输送机的运行状态、诊断刮板输送运行故障,并给出预警信息。
